Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information NewBrightonStructuralDrying.com collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only.

Information you give us

The service request form on this site asks for your name, an email address, a phone number, the property location, and a description of the situation. Those details are sent to a private mailbox and used to respond to your request and to discuss the work. Nothing you enter is published on the site.

You choose what to submit. If you would rather not use the form, call instead.

Information collected automatically

Standard web server logs record the request itself: the page requested, the date and time, the referring page, the browser and operating system reported by your device, and the IP address the request came from. Log data is used to keep the site working, to identify errors, and to block abusive traffic. The form also records submission timing and the submitting IP address temporarily so repeated automated submissions can be rate limited.

How the information is used

  • To reply to a service request or a question
  • To discuss scope, scheduling, and documentation for work you have asked about
  • To keep the site secure and functioning

Your information is not sold. It is not traded, rented, or shared with advertisers or lead brokers.

Who else can see it

The hosting provider that runs this site and the email provider that delivers form submissions necessarily process the data in order to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or by valid legal process.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. WordPress may set a functional cookie if you leave a comment or log in to an administrator account. If analytics are added in the future, this section will be updated to say so.

How long information is kept

Form submissions are kept in the mailbox for as long as they are useful for the inquiry or the job they relate to, and then deleted. Server logs rotate on the host’s normal schedule.

Your choices

You can ask what information related to your inquiry is held, ask for a copy of it, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the request page or call, and say clearly that the message is a privacy request.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the form validates submissions server-side before delivery. No website can promise absolute security, and no method of transmission over the internet is completely safe. Please do not send sensitive financial or medical information through the form.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.

Questions

Questions about this policy can be sent through the request page.
